Chris & Emma-Kate’s Rustic Farm Wedding
Chris & Emma-Kate’s relaxed and fun ceremony took place last September in the gorgeous rustic barn at Nancarrow Farm in Cornwall.
Having found us via an online search, Chris & Emma-Kate, who live in Australia, got in touch to discuss their requirements for their ceremony. Emma-Kate’s Cornish heritage is incredibly important to her family with her Grandfather being Ed Prynne – the well known colourful Arch Druid of Cornwall!
After weeks of poor weather, in which we met up with the couple and their family to discuss their forthcoming wedding, Denise promised to do a sundance on the morning of the wedding to help ensure the sun would shine! When the day of the ceremony arrived, Denise kept true to her word and did the sundance, which worked and it was the first sunny day in weeks. Denise mentioned this fact during the ceremony and thanked Ed the Bride’s Grandfather for his advice.
The ceremony was a very happy, joyous occasion which was low-key and family orientated, remembering family members who couldn’t be there. Throughout the ceremony they enjoyed beautiful musical accompaniment from Daisy Clark.
