We reserve the right to charge a lone working supplement for unusual locations/times.
We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for a number of re-writes or for a complete re-write of the ceremony after the draft has been agreed.
The fee includes our visit to see you, typically lasting up to two hours. We then devote our attention to writing the eulogy. This is usually emailed to you for any additions or corrections. After the service, you will receive a copy of the eulogy. Further copies can be obtained for a small fee.

The fee is payable prior to the funeral date. By prior arrangement the funeral director may take our fee.
We require a £200.00 initial non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
This amount (£200) will be deducted from the final invoice, which is payable a minimum of 6 weeks before the ceremony.
We are happy to consider conducting ceremonies further afield but the following charges would apply:
Cost of accommodation, where appropriate
Daily “away from home” fee
Travel outside a 60-mile radius of celebrant’s base will be charged at 45p per mile*
*RAC route finder used to calculate mileage

Remember – we only conduct one ceremony a day so we are exclusively yours for your special occasion for as long as you need us.
When you contact us to book your ceremony we require a £250 non-refundable deposit to secure the date. On receipt of the deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking either by post or email, together with some ceremony suggestions, an information gathering questionnaire and ideas for readings. You will probably have some ideas of your own about your ceremony, so we would like to talk to you either in person, by telephone or skype so that we can get a feel for the type of ceremony you would like and enable us to personalise the ceremony. Once we have spoken to you we will then draft the ceremony for your approval. We can then redraft the ceremony if required to take account of any suggestions or amendments you have made. The final balance is due 6 weeks before the ceremony date. We will then be ready to meet you for a rehearsal (if you would like one) or on the day.
